Touchscreen on my HP Stream x360 is not working

Hello,
after the reinstalling of my Windows 8.1 system on my HP Stream x360,
the touchscreen has stopped working and it is impossible to set a photo as the desktop background.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 34.0

    Make sure that Windows and all the drivers are properly updated.

      I checked and performed the updates requested by HP support, but the driver for the screen does not exist and I tried to find it but without success.

        For the drivers, look here.

        You need to install the plugin to perform an analysis.
        Once the plugin is on the desktop, click on it to install.
        Once the installation is done, click on Detect in the window that will open.

        Once detection is complete, your internet browser will open.
        Select the Drivers tab.
        In it, you will see all the drivers on your PC that need to be updated.
