How to set up a TV with a decoder?

I just bought a TV with a built-in decoder. Can you explain what additional equipment and other things I need to get images? I am in CI. Do I necessarily need a technician for the setup? Thank you.

    What do you mean by "integrated decoder"? Are you not rather talking about an integrated HD TNT tuner?
    Or an integrated satellite tuner?
    What is the full reference of this TV?
