Hello,

I’m waiting for a package and according to the tracking, "Your package has been delivered to a postal point," however, I don’t know what a postal point is?

It may mean that your package is at a pickup point.
If you had requested delivery to your home, then you need to inquire with the carrier or the seller.
But normally, the delivery location should have been determined at the time of the order.

If you know where the package is located, yes.
If the drop-off point is indicated somewhere, no problem.
Otherwise, check with the seller where he sent the package.
