Hello,

I can't install this printer; I feel like it's not recognized by my Orange livebox and/or by my PC (running Windows 10).

I'm stuck at step 11; the installation software doesn't recognize any serial number in the list.
I've tried everything, but I can't install it, and I really need your help.

    Hello
    This is what I read in step 11: If this is the first time you are setting up your printer, it will not appear in the list. In this case, proceed to step 12.

      Similarly, if you want to connect via Wi-Fi, this Canon printer only supports WPS, which is no longer used because it is too poorly secured on routers, etc. And if you switch your router to WPS, many other things will stop working.

      Therefore, it is necessary to remain in LAN/cable mode on the network.

    Hello,

    my Orange livebox has WPS; I tried to synchronize the printer and the box by pressing the WPS button on my box, but nothing works.

    I followed all the steps, but no matter what option I took, the installation software doesn't recognize any printer, not even the Windows 10 device search tool recognizes any printer.

    In my available Wifi list, it seems that the printer was showing up. I entered the security key, and the connection seemed established, although it wasn't connected to the internet.
    Now it has disappeared, and I'm really struggling.

      I tried to delete everything and reinstall directly from the Canon website, but the same issue persists, the printer is not recognized.
