Evercap capture
Hello,
I just acquired the "Evercap Capture" USB flash drive. I installed the software, but now that everything is installed, I'm getting nothing; I have a message asking me to press the start button on the camcorder, which I do, but still nothing. However,
my VCR works; I tried it on the TV. I've tried several settings, but nothing works.
I noticed that the software provided with the USB drive is designed to run on Windows XP-2000. But my operating system is Windows 8.1.
Does anyone have a solution to my problem, or could I find an update for the software?
Thank you very much.

Hello,
We are a few regular contributors on the forum warning you, considering the desperate messages from internet users, about how to make this type of "cheap" 4-wire key purchased online work:
However, there are "tutorials" on YouTube made by people who have apparently managed to make this equipment work; check them out

For our part, we only recommend the "Dazzle" box, which is reliable, well-known, and widely used, delivered complete with editing software and compatible with Windows 10, but it costs around €60

And we can resell it once the work is done on the marketplace or classifieds
