Image with signature

Good evening,
It's quite simple. Follow my instructions and you shouldn't have any problems.

1. Each image must have its own folder.

2. So, here you understand that you must first create your images since you want several different signatures.

3. When done: Pretend you want to send a new message and follow the steps below closely:
Click on the area where we write our text when composing a message and go to the menu: Format, Table, Insert, Table. Set 1 row and 1 column and remove the 1-pixel border. Click on Ok.
Then drag your image into the table or use the menu: Insert, Image (but dragging is less complicated).
You can sign your name before inserting your image or after (it doesn't matter).
Next, go to File, Save As, File and give a name to your HTML file that you will place in the same folder as your image (very important).
Then, close the window of this new email without saving it.
Last step:
Click on your email account settings (See settings for this account) and check "Attach signature from a file (text, HTML, or image)" and click on the "Choose" button on the right. You must click on the HTML file that you just saved, and that's it.
Little suggestions: You can even set a background color before inserting the table and your image, change the font style and size... you can do exactly the same as if you were writing an email without a signature. To change the signature, you need to go back to the account settings and choose your other HTML file that you created, and if you no longer want signatures, uncheck "Attach signature...".
We agree here that you asked for a signature and not a template. It's not more complicated than that. And to test everything, you can send yourself an email. Your recipients will only see your signature (your image) if they accept HTML emails.
Note: Avoid moving your signature folders around.
