Hello,

Yesterday, I dropped my Nintendo 2DS, and I tried to turn it on but it wouldn't respond. I thought it might be out of battery, so I put it on charge, but the orange light came on for 5 seconds and then turned off. When I activated and then deactivated the sleep mode, the light came on for 1 second and then turned off. If you could reply to me as soon as possible, that would be very kind.

    Good evening,
    I had the same thing happen with my 3DS console. The screen wouldn't turn on. I just shook the top screen a bit and everything went back to normal.

    I don't know if this will help you, but you could try shaking the device a bit.
