I lost the chains 5/6/7

On my Samsung TV, everything was fine! Then, for a while, I had poor reception. I was advised to do an automatic search. I did it as instructed in the manual, and magically, channels 5/6/7 disappeared
when before I received them without any problem
can someone help me

    The TV is at my second home and I won't go there until the end of next week. It's a TV bought after the switch to digital and it was working perfectly until now.
