I think my question might seem strange to some, but I need some clarification..
When searching for a graphics card, whether we choose MSI, Asus, or others, the name NVIDIA will always be

To make it simple: NVIDIA and AMD are the chip designers. And MSI, GIGABYTE, etc. make the fan, basically the structure.
To illustrate a bit (in the case of a car): NVIDIA and AMD provide the engine.
And the manufacturer puts on the chassis, the wheels, etc.
