Hello,
For the past two days, I've been having an issue when I try to access certain sites (2 DIY sites, 1 gardening site, 2 wallpaper sites, plus 2 or 3 others). When I want to visit these sites, here's what I get (this is an example, it's the same for others):
This site is inaccessible
DupliTop.com does not allow the connection.
Try the suggestions below:
Check the connection
Check the proxy and the firewall
Check your internet connection.
Check all cables, restart your router, modem, or any other network device used.
Allow Opera to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as an allowed program to access the network, try removing it from the list and then adding it back.
I am running Windows 7 with the Opera browser and my antivirus is Avast Premium, which manages the firewall.
Can someone tell me what steps I need to take and where to enter these addresses so that I can finally visit these few sites that I cannot open for now?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Try disabling the HTTPS scanning of Avast
1- Close the Opera browser
2- Open Avast
Go to → Components
Web Shield → Customize
Uncheck the box → Enable HTTPS scanning
3- Log in again to the problematic websites

Pass RogueKiller
Pass AdwCleaner
Pass Malwarebytes
Try after each software
Don't you have another active antivirus or another protection running with Avast?

Hello,
-Check if the Avast definition database is up to date, as well as the version
restart the PC
-Repair Avast:
Go to Control Panel → Programs → Uninstall a program
Right-click on the Avast program → Modify → Repair
Restart the PC
-Disable Avast extensions in browsers
-Avast firewall
check the network profile → Allow automatic network profile switching
keep private network (it might have switched to public)
-Windows firewall
make sure you have only 1 active firewall (disable it to use the Avast one)
In Windows Network
Ensure you're on a private network and not public
ps: post a screenshot of the Avast firewall
Insert an image, see here
