Hello,

Ask Google => you need a Google account, which is the same as YouTube
Provide a secondary email address => It still asks for a phone number.
Provide a relative's phone number => Please refrain from doing that ;)
Mozilla Firefox => No effect, it still asks for a phone number.
Pretend to be American, German, Chinese => It still asks...

I just wanted to post a video...

    your problem has only one solution, which is to create a Google account on your Android smartphone and use it to connect to YouTube on the PC
