Hello,
I take photos that I sell at equestrian competitions. It's going very well, but I have to search for the client through the 1,000 photos I take at least each day.
I would like to save time and know if there is software that allows clients to search for their photo using their bib number or their names, etc.
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hello,
in principle it's possible to do it, but it doesn't exist.
You absolutely need to organize yourself to take the photos. I don't know what camera is being used, but on high-end digital cameras, it's possible to add information to the photo files for later sorting with a photo manager. But this isn't necessarily very easy to do in the field. We can do this if we take a series of shots and change occasionally.
Other solutions:
- The Wifi connection allows for quick transfer of files to a smartphone or computer (you just need to organize them into different folders, but this can only be done in batches).
- The quickest way remains a paper notebook or better yet a smartphone app like Excel that can sort the information.
