General failure during ping

I reinstalled a Windows Server 2012r2 system, I am configuring the network card settings. I try to ping the same address, I get a general failure response. What could be the problem?? Thank you in advance.

    Hi,
    general failure, do you have it on the server or on the PC that is pinging?
    Probably the card is not connected, maybe the driver is not installed or not the right one.
    Check the device manager and the network and sharing center.
