I have the same camera (GIFI _): the app is downloadable from the Android app store or the Apple app store and is called CAM360.
It is imperative that the camera is powered by USB ( + 5V 1A max). By reading the paper documentation ( + the mini CD) included in the packaging (in the white box located at the bottom of the packaging, you will find all the information (or almost) .
