Hello,
I have a Samsung GT-S-5560 that I wanted to reuse, but when I turn it on it says phone lock. Since it’s been a really long time since I last used it, I can’t remember the password I set. Please suggest solutions for me to unlock my phone. Thank you.

      I can't access the phone's menu; it goes directly to the phone lock with a code to enter.

      To reset your phone to factory default settings:
      - Turn off the phone until it vibrates
      - Press the following buttons simultaneously: Power + Home + Volume Up
      - A menu appears at the top of the screen
      - Using the volume +/- buttons, go to "Wipe data/Factory reset" and confirm with the Power button
      - Select "Yes" among all the "No" options (confirm with the Power button)
      - The factory reset process will begin.

      Do not turn off the device or you risk "bricking" it. The battery level must be sufficient (it's best to keep it plugged in throughout the reset)

    Is the Samsung GTS 5560 good? Did you remove the battery and put it back without turning on the phone except to perform the operation because even in this video
