My Wiko keyboard has disappeared.

Hello,
I have a problem with my Wiko Lenny 2 phone.
I no longer have a touchscreen keyboard, and when I go into the settings languages > input settings have stopped. I can't reset it to factory settings. I would like to get the touchscreen keyboard back or reset it to factory settings.

    To regain access to your keyboard, please follow the steps below:
    - Settings
    - Apps
    - Google Keyboard
    - Clear cache and force stop
