Hello
I come to ask you to help me insert an Excel column containing a full list of a 24-hour period ranging from 07:00:00 to 06:59:59 more quickly.
Or do you already have one prepared in advance
and thank you

Hello Anwerov
First, right-click on the letter of the column and insert
If the column is A, put 07:00:00 in A1
and put this formula in A2
=A1+"00:00:01"
and drag it down to row 86400
and you will have one line per second
