Hello,
For a few days now, the Replay of "The Young and the Restless" has not been working. After one or two ads that are hard to play, the timer stops and there's a black screen. I called SFR who claims that the problem comes from TF1. I'm not so sure. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks

Hello,
Check if Adobe Flash Player is up to date with Internet Explorer.
Open Internet Explorer.
In the address bar, delete everything and paste this command:
https://get.adobe.com/fr/flashplayer/about/
See if you have a message stating that it is up to date.
The latest version is --► 25 0 0 127.
If you are not up to date, go to this page.
Select in step 1 your operating system (for Windows 7/Vista/XP).
Select in step 2 --► FP 25 Internet Explorer - ActiveX.
Uncheck the McAfee box if it’s present.
Save Adobe Flash.
Mandatory --► close your browser and all other applications.
Go to your download folder and install it.
If you have Windows 8 or 10, get Adobe Flash here.
I suggest you watch the Replay with Firefox or Google Chrome without ads.
If you don't have these browsers,
Get Firefox.
Get Google Chrome.
With Firefox, install this extension.
With Google Chrome, install this extension.
Then go to the TF1 replay --► here.
