Restore default settings of the GIGASET DA810A

Hello!
I am unable to restore the factory settings; I can't manage to use the manual; What is most frustrating is that the phone only rings once before going to voicemail (likely due to a mishap).
On the other hand, I can't record under a speed dial key... I'm really not good at this!!!

    For the factory reset:

    In other words, press the menu button followed by the buttons 1, 2, 5, and 0 to reset all settings.

    That said, if you only want to adjust the delay before your answering machine picks up, see
    Menu button, right arrow Answering machine, right arrow Dechen.Repond1, then with the up or down arrows find 18 seconds which is the correct setting. OK then menu.

    For direct access, we will see later 
     It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
                                  Especially when it's not there...
