Le pilote de ta carte Nvidia a planté le 29/06/2016 c'est tout ce que dit le rapport, rien à voir avec ton problème actuel, vérifie tout de même s'il est à jour :

Appuie simultanément sur les touches Windows et R une fenêtre apparaît copie ceci winver puis clique OK une fenêtre apparaîtra donne-moi la version actuelle de Windows 10.
