    Is it related to website creation? (the theme of this forum!!!)

    You will find, among other things... the link to Wikipedia

    PTG can mean:

    total knee prosthesis;
    Prototype Technology Group, American motorsport team;
    .ptg, file extension for files created by the ArtRage software;
    shared ("ParTaGé"), an abbreviation on Facebook increasingly used by French speakers;
    play the game ("jouer le jeu");
    full to your face (vulgar abbreviation used in MMORPGs on French servers).

    PtG can mean power to gas (conversion of electricity into gas).
