Everything is in the title; I restarted it several times, but nothing, no games launched or anything...

    For your issue, it could be viral
    or updates
    and also when we see the number of programs open
    how many in total!

    That's well 10
    Run scans with AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
    and then we see

      The computer is working better now, thanks. It's running at more than 50, so right after that I started a defrag and it's working! I restart and there you go!
