Bonjour,
Suite à un échange entre « Materiel net essonne »
et nous, le magasin est incapable de nous répondre sur la date de fabrication de leur écran BenQ XL2411. Or s’il est en firmware V1 ses caractéristiques sont erronées. Comment le savoir simplement ?

1. Le moniteur doit être éteint depuis au moins 5 secondes
2. Laisser pressé le 2ème bouton depuis la gauche
3. Presser brièvement le bouton on/off
4. Attendre que la led verte s’éteigne avant de relâcher le bouton de l'étape 2
5. Presser le 3ème bouton depuis la droite (4ème depuis la gauche) et l'écran apparaît avec la version bleu du menu service, celui-ci devrait t'indiquer la version firmware
6. Sortir du menu service avec un autre bouton.
Ou une autre version an anglais:
1. Turn off your monitor (tap power and then wait 5 seconds) if it is already on.
2. Cover the MENU touch button (the 4th touch button out of 5, excluding power touch button)
3. While covering the MENU touch button, tap the power button.
4. Nothing will happen for 2 seconds. Ignore this hesistation.
5. All lights will flash simultaneously.
6. Release your finger off the MENU touch button.
7. Monitor will power up. Wait for the monitor to power on.
8. When the monitor is displaying computer desktop, tap the MENU button
9. Service menu will appear, showing firmware version of your monitor.
If the service menu doesn’t show up, something might be wrong. But try the above first.
