Problème performance

Bonjour,

Suite à une mise à jour windows 10 j'ai des gros problèmes de pc, système d'exploitation qui se bloque, lenteur...

J'ai réinitialisé windows 10. défragmenté l'ordinateur, il est toujours assez lent..
