Alphanumeric Characters

Hello,

I visited the SNCF fines website to pay a ticket and they ask me to write my full name using alphanumeric characters, but I don't know what that means.
I've tried writing in lowercase, uppercase, and both together, but nothing works. Even without the dot, it doesn't work.
Can someone tell me what "alphanumeric characters" are? And how to use them?

    Hello,

    Alpha (for alphabet): the letters A-Z in uppercase or lowercase
    Numeric: the digits 0-9

    So no accents, no punctuation, no special characters.
