Hello,
I would like to know why Google Chrome hasn't been working for a week...
When I try to open (Google Chrome), I get this message:
The application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. For more information, check the application event log or use the command-line tool sxstrace.exe.
I hope you can help me.
Thanks in advance :)

Hello,
Either you create a new profile:

Or you do this:
Close Google Chrome.
On your desktop, right-click on the Chrome shortcut and choose "Open file location"
Rename the chrome file to chrome32.
Restart Chrome with the shortcut on your desktop

You say to close Google Chrome ... But I can't open it (Google Chrome)
Then I renamed it as you said but this still doesn't work!
And I can't create another account because I use it for school :/
Best regards
Thanks for the tip on renaming the shortcut, it works
