bonjour,
j'ai un petit soucis avec le partage de fichiers entre windows et kubuntu.
Samba est installé, j'ai créé un mot de passe avec la commande sudo smbpasswd -a username, j'ai fait un clic droit sur le fichier /home et j'ai choisis partager.
Sur windows, je vois bien le pc qui a kubuntu et le fichier home sauf que je ne peux pas y accéder, j'ai toujours comme message " nom_ordi/home n'est pas accéssible...le chemin réseau n'a pas été trouvé."
Je suis quasi sur que c'est une histoire de droit mais je ne vois pas comment faire pour pouvoir accéder à ce fichier partagé.

concernant l'utilisateur windows sous GNU/Linux, je pense que oui, vu que j'ai fait sudo smbpasswd -a username

pour /etc/init.d/smb restart, il m'a mis une erreur mais en remplacant smb par samba, ça fonctionne.

Essaie de décommenter la directive "security = user" dans :

et de relancer Samba.
Si ça marche toujours pas, passe la directive à "share" et relance le serveur...

Et côté firewall ça dit quoi ? Actif/pas actif ?

coté windows, j'ai essayé en le désactivant mais ca n'a rien changé. Coté kubuntu, je n'ai aucune idée de comment faire

Ben désolé j'ai plus d'idée à part de reprendre ta configuration de Samba à zéro en suivant le tuto du lien de mon post précédent sur la doc d'Ubuntu...

En plus quand je vais sur smb://mshome/ et que je clique sur le micro qui est sous kubuntu puis sur /home donc sur le dossier /home du micro il m'affiche smb://firmin5/home n'exite pas alors qu'il s'agit du dossier de ce micro
