Hello everyone, I have a problem with a program called Yahoo Powered, I can't uninstall it. I tried with CCleaner, that didn't work.
Its file icon is strange, it represents a PC and a tower, as usual, but instead of having a normal screen on the icon, there is a shape that strangely resembles a horse (Trojan horse?).
This software installed automatically with another one that I managed to uninstall, at first I wanted to install a new font on my PC, I managed to insert it into the computer and I then saw that there was another file that was the same as the installer, when I saw this program I clicked on the cross, because it was no longer useful to me. And that's where the problems began, the antivirus tells me that malicious software is on the computer, I run a scan, the program is repaired (or removed I don't remember), I no longer had access to Chrome and Explorer browsers (missing permissions) and I could not shut down the PC (supposedly no power), I managed to remove the application that was causing this problem, I go to "uninstall or change a program" I remove the program I had managed to remove, and there I see Yahoo powered, I can't remove it.
I am on Windows 8, and after removing the program that I managed to remove thanks to a scan, I again had access to the browsers and the PC restarted
I hope you will respond quickly, I wish you a good evening.

Before downloading these programs, I would like to know if they are safe.
