Qwerty keyboard on startup

Hello everyone,
Since a recent update, my MacBook Pro automatically switches to Qwerty keyboard. I change it back to Azerty each time in "input method." In language and region, my computer is set to French.
My colleagues have exactly the same problem.
When the computer goes to sleep, it keeps the Azerty keyboard I've set, but every time I restart, it changes to Qwerty...
If anyone has a solution, thank you.

Hello,
The cause of your problem must come from the update.
So there aren't many solutions, but when you need to enter your password in your session at the top right, there is a flag; set it to French if it's not already.
And maybe by doing this repeatedly, your MacBook Pro will save your choice.
Others who are more experienced in the subject may be able to help you better than I can.
Have a good day.

You can also try deleting the file /Library/Preferences/com.apple.HIToolbox.plist.
