Unable to add an email account

Hello, today I tried to add a Google mail account but when I click on Google, an error message appears saying: "Unable to verify the server's certificate. This may be due to your network configuration or your proxy settings." What should I do?

    The email account already exists, and you want to create the account in the Mail Application, or another mail app, and you can't do it?
    You need to be precise in your request, we are not clairvoyants!
