RIO for a fixed line at Paritel

Hello,
I can't obtain the RIO for my landline because I want to leave Paritel, which has betrayed my father's trust.
The 3971 doesn't work from the line; the voice server informs me that I am on a special numbers information platform
and, coincidentally, I can no longer reach Paritel's customer service, which was supposed to send me my RIO by email but hasn't done so.
Can you please help me?
