Hello,
For the past few days, advertising or pornographic windows have been opening automatically when I’m on the internet (Firefox).
I’ve seen that this is happening to other users, but I haven’t figured out how to get rid of it.
Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

Hello,
Windows has been infected with adware and potentially unwanted programs. These unwanted programs are known to cause ad displays and serious slowdowns on your web browsers.
Here are the steps to follow:
1°) AdwCleaner
Follow the AdwCleaner tutorial by Xplode
If copying/pasting doesn't work, use the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to host your report, provide the link to the report in a new message.
Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt
2°)
Manually reset your browsers:
3°) FRST
Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).
Download and run the FRST scan, 3 FRST reports will be generated:
Send these 3 reports to the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and return with the 3 pjjoint links to the reports here in a new reply so we can review them.

- Download it to your Desktop or in your downloads folder,
- Run "AdwCleaner" and click on [Scan],
- The scan will take several minutes, please wait,
- Once the scan is complete, do not uncheck anything, click on [Clean],
- Once the cleaning is done, a report will open,
- Copy/paste the content of the report into your next reply.
If copying/pasting doesn't work, use the site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to host your report, provide the link to the report in a new message.
Note: The report is also saved under C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt
