Requires channel scanning

Good evening,

I just bought an 80cm Haier TV.
I set it up and while configuring it, it tells me "channel scan required"!

How do I perform a channel scan? I can't find the answer anywhere.

    You must activate the automatic channel search.

    Procedure certainly described in your TV's manual.

      That's what I did, and it's asking me to choose the antenna: cable or air?
      And then it's dtv+atv or dtv or vtt...

      I don't know what to choose.

        How is your TV connected? By a white cable with a round plug in the wall?
