YouTube and QR Code

Hello, I would like to activate a YouTube video (that is not public) with a QR code.
When I tried, the QR code worked (I had the image corresponding to the video), but I received a message saying "video unavailable."
I don't want this video to be public, but I want it to be accessible via a QR code.

    Hello,
    the problem is probably due to the fact that you are not logged into your YouTube. Have you checked?

      Yes, I am properly identified (myself as the sender of the video).

      What I want is for this video to be visible to the people who have the QR code.
      I sent the YouTube link to a friend, and he was able to watch the video.
