Hello,

I just used Giphy to upload my own gifs and send them via messenger, but the problem is I can't find them by searching by tag.

Is there a tag validation? Does Giphy check the gifs and their tags before making them public? Does it take a long time?

    and by seeing them, do you mean that I can send them via messenger and other people can search for them and send them too directly through messenger?

      As stated in the FAQ
      ARE GIFs I UPLOAD PRIVATE?

      Unless you're an official Giphy partner or artist, all GIFs uploaded are private, whether you upload the GIF while logged in or anonymously. All uploaded GIFs stay private until the user who uploaded chooses to share the link to the GIF.

      If you are not a partner, your GIFs cannot be found through the search engine.
      Only users with the link will be able to use them.
