remove software manager Solved

Question

Hello.I'm getting back to you.I thought my problem was solved, but that's not the case.The software manager I thought I had removed has returned.So I ran adwcleaner and zhp diag again.They didn't find anything.I should mention they were run two days ago.The software manager still appears in the taskbar.What else can I try to get rid of it?Thank you for your help.Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 43.0

Hi, Follow the FRST tutorial. (take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained). Here is the correction to be made with FRST. You can refer to this explanatory note with screenshots.  Open Notepad: Windows Key + R, In the "Run" field, type notepad and click OK. Copy/Paste the following into it:  Task: {F98DC8DF-2D5D-4D75-8E10-40969B75B946} - System32\Tasks\CIS_{15198508-521A-4D69-8E5B-B94A6CCFF805} => C:\Users\JEANLO~1\AppData\Local\Temp\cis7A4D.exe <==== WARNING  HKU\S-1-5-21-2803686374-3803406239-1802723132-1000\...\Run: [ISUSPM] => C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\Connect\11\ISUSPM.exe [222496 2016-01-23] (Acresso Corporation) C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet   Once the text is pasted into Notepad, Go to the "File" menu and then "Save As", On the left, navigate to the Desktop, In the field at the bottom, for the file name enter: fixlist.txt Click "Save", this will create fixlist.txt on the Desktop.  Restart FRST and click the "Fix" button A restart may be necessary ( not mandatory ) A text file will appear, copy/paste the content here in a new message. yes =)   Some advice:  To try to prevent malicious sites, you can install Blockulicious.  So you won’t get caught again.
