Hello
I have an Excel 2010 license.
I would like to create a weekly table that will allow me to calculate daily, weekly, monthly, and annually the calculation of my theoretical and actual working hours (restaurant).
According to the following wording:
Example: Theoretical Friday 22/01/2016 from 10:00 to 15:30 and from 18:00 to 23:30
Example: Actual Friday 22/01/2016 from 10:00 to 16:30 and from 17:45 to 00:30
Example: Theoretical Saturday 23/01/2016 off and from 19:00 to 23:30
Example: Actual Saturday 23/01/2016 from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 23:30
etc... The first day of the week being Monday.
This would give a total by day, week, month, and year in both theoretical and actual.
I have already tried to layout some tables. I must say that it is not a success, neither in formatting nor in calculating hours and minutes.
I have searched the site for this kind of topic. They exist, but the files proposed by various contributors are no longer available.
If you have this kind of files and are willing to share them, I would be grateful.
Thank you very much ;-))

Good evening vivicn

I have readjusted a file that I had created back then for another type of work, you can use it as it is immediately, you just need to enter the hours in the yellow and orange cells daily in Excel time format e.g. 18:30, the calculation formulas will take care of the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual totals
