How to find and delete a saved password?

Hello,
I recently cleared my Chrome history and, by mistake, I checked the box to delete saved passwords
The result is that I've lost the password for one of the sites I was using and had just changed recently, so I no longer have access to it.
Is there a way to recover the saved passwords on the Google Chrome browser that have already been deleted...?
