Unsupported file format

Hello,

I have movies on my USB stick all in .avi format, and when I plug it into the TV and start a movie, it says "Unsupported file format" even though it has the same extension, I don't understand, help me please thank you
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 47.0.2526.106

Are you sure that the TV accepts the AVI format?
Plug your USB stick into your PC and click on a video file on your PC (Properties) to see what the file format is.
Either the file format on your USB stick is not AVI or your TV is not compatible with AVI playback.

PS. Make sure to create a restore point often! It solves quite a few problems.

There is an incompatibility with the playback format of your TV.
In your TV's menu, in the applications, check if you can find out what the playback format of your TV is.
Or in the user manual of your TV.
If you have the Video playback mode on your TV, you can try transcoding (changing) the playback format of your videos.
