Hello
For a few months, this message has appeared every time I open Windows and disappears after displaying unreadable flickering lines.
This morning, I managed to access a site, but it froze, displaying groups of lines... the mouse was frozen and I had to turn it off using the power button.
I turn it back on, recovery... Welcome... Google... site, and it's happening again.
I don't know how to take a photo of what's on the screen (taken with a camera).
Thank you for your help.
Best regards

Good evening:
Download from another computer and put it on a USB stick:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/2759-adwcleaner/
The tutorial
Click on the Scan button and let the tool analyze the system
Click on the Clean button to remove the detected items
Confirm the closure of programs by clicking OK
The cleaning process is underway, let the tool work.
A warning will inform you why you were infected, click OK
A restart is required, confirm by clicking OK
Upon restart, the removal report will be displayed
decide whether to view or delete
Then keep your USB stick connected to the powered-on computer
then turn off your computer
start your computer by repeatedly tapping the F8 key
choose Safe Mode
Once on the desktop with larger icons, go to Computer and locate your USB stick
open your USB stick
and run AdwCleaner.
restart normally

Sorry, no USB entry.
I'm waiting for the neighbor's computer this afternoon.
Is it absolutely necessary to have the adwcleaner 3-x version?
I saw in the forum from the link you gave me that some have problems with newer versions or that you need to remove the version already installed (my case)?

I don't have time to run adwcleaner because the screen freezes with the glitches.
I've tried several times...

leave your USB stick plugged in
turn off your computer
turn it back on by continuously pressing (tapping) the F8 key on the keyboard
then in the options menu choose safe mode
then go to computer and then to your USB stick (plug it back in if it doesn’t appear)
then run AdwCleaner
also run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware here (to put on the USB stick):

I get the startup failure window every time I turn it on but I don't have time to intervene.
As soon as the scrolling is finished, Windows appears.
With F8, I get a black screen... I try again without the key in normal mode and the screen stays black...
