CPU : Intel Core i3 (4ème génération) 4160 - 3.6 GHz
Processeur graphique : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745
Capacité : 1 x 1 To
RAM : 4 go
Je voulais savoir si je peux faire tourner GTA 5

Non ! pas avec un i3.
Il faut un i5 - 4 core pour GTA 5
Configuration recommandée :
Système d’exploitation : Windows 8.1 64 bits, Windows 8 64 bits, Windows 7 64 bits Service Pack 1
Processeur : Intel Core i5 3470 – 3,2 GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 – 4 GHz (8 CPUs)
Mémoire : 8 Go
Carte graphique : NVIDIA GTX 660 2 Go / AMD HD7870 2 Go
Carte son : 100 % compatible avec DirectX 10
Qui aime l'instruction ! trouve la connaissance qui vient de la réflexion !
PS. Créez souvent un point de restauration ! cela résout pas mal de problèmes.
