Xcode installation issue

Hello everyone,
I want to install Xcode on my machine, so I am creating a developer account on developer.apple.com, I go to the Apple Store and I normally download Xcode
the download went well but at some point when I need to install it, a validation window asks me if I accept the terms of use and the license agreement ... I click "agree" and then I get a window with a predefined username and a password I need to enter, so I entered the password for my Apple developer account and it doesn't want to validate, I try to change the username and enter my Apple ID and its password, same thing
can someone help me and explain to me why and how please?
