Incorrect number on Viber!!!

Hello,
for a few days now, I've been opening Viber and it feels like I've just installed it; it's asking me to enter my phone number to receive the access code, but as soon as I enter my number, it shows "incorrect number" even though my number is indeed valid.
I try another number and it works normally, I receive the code via SMS, enter it, and it works, but 5 minutes later it asks me to enter the phone number again!!! And now even the second number becomes incorrect in turn.
I try with a third number and the same thing happens!! 5 minutes later I have no access!!!
Am I banned from Viber?
If anyone is experiencing the same issue, please let me know, and if you have managed to fix it, please enlighten me.

Hello, go to the Control Panel, then Programs and Features, then you delete it and reinstall it. That's it, see you later.

Thank you for your comment, but this concerns an application Viber installed on an iPhone 5s. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times, and I even downloaded Viber from another Apple Store (American), but to no avail; it still displays "incorrect number."
