    1) qu'est-ce que tu as comme processeur, quantité de Ram, capacité totale de ta partition (disque) principale et l'espace libre restant?

    2)clic ici http://komun.chez-alice.fr/Utilitaires.html , choisis hijackthis pour l'installer et poster un rapport de scan

    merci de m'avoir repondu, mais parcontre il faut que je te dise que je suis trés novice dans le domene informatique.
    qu'est ce qu'un processeur?

      met ta fléche sur poste de travail

      (si tu ne l'a pas sur ton bureau __ démarrer__Poste de travail__clic droit___afficher sur le bureau)

      sinon
      fait un clic droit (souris)
      ensuite clic sur l'onglé propiètes


      lis à partir de fabricant et suppoort technique... (ce qu'il y'a d'écris avant on n'en veut pas

        excuse mais quand je vais sur poste de travail et que je clic sur propriété je ne trouve pas ce que tu me demande . j'ai réussi a trouvé le disque je te le donne

        disque(c:) : taille total 10,6 GO espace libre 7 GO
        disque(d:) : " " 7,95 GO " " 7,90 GO

        je trouve le reste ou ? merci

        ok ce n'était pas vraiment ça, mais tu ne t'ais pas trop mal débrouillée..

        bon ton disk D est plein
        ton disk C est correct.

        - 1 vide ta corbeille (clic droit sur corbeille et fait vider la corbeille)
        -2 tu defragmentes ensuite ton disk c ( débranches toi d'internet, ca prends beaucoup, beaucoup de temps)

        1 ouvre ton poste de travail
        2 pointe la fleche blanche sur disc c
        3 fait un clic Droit de ta souris ( un seul clic surtout)
        4 vas tout en bas = propriètes
        5 clic gauche de ta souris
        6 clic sur outils
        7 Défragmenter maintenant
        une page va s'ouvrir ok, maintenant regarde en bas et fais = défragmenter...


        quand c'est fini recontacte nous...
        ET n'oublies pas de te débrancher d'internet surtout!!!!!

    @espion3004, l'usage du forum est que si qq1 commence le traitement d'un sujet on le laisse continuer,
    ce n'est pas une obligation (ce n'est dans le règlement) mais c'est d'usage pour le bon déroulement des oprations

      j'espere que je n'ai pas foutu trop le bazar mais moi je repond a tout ceux qui ont la gentillesse de me repondre, je penssai que tout ceux qui voulai m'aider avait le droit.

      par contre je ne comprend pas pourquoi tu me dit que mon disque (d:) est plein vu que sa taille total est de 7,95 GO et que l'espace libre est de 7,90 GO . je n'ai donc pas fait ce que tu m'a demandé j'attend confirmation. merci

      je verrai un peu plus clair...

      lance le programme hijackthis_v2.exe
      lance le scan
      ensuite "save log"

    ok avant de faire n'importe quoi de ma part, j'ai besoin de savoir de combien disposes-tu de mémoire vive

    Pour cela as-tu le poste de travail sur ton bureau? (ton écran)

      ok le poste de travail est sur le bureau.
      maintenant pointe la fleche de ta souris dessus (sans clicker)
      une fois dessus fait clic droit.. tu verras un panneau s'afficher.
      descends et va => propiètés ... clic sur propiètes..


      2 une nouvelle fenetre vient de s'ouvrir ok *
      regarde les informations et dis moi (le chiffre) que tu vois avant... de RAM (en bas)

      ok super bien jouè Valérie :-)

      ton pc ram = pas assez de RAM (mémoire vive)
      RAM= Mémoire vive tu en disposes que de 128 RAM
      AVAST ton anti virus consomme 86 MO de RAM au repos, et 112 en mode scan !!!!!!
      c'est normal que tu RAM, tu n'as plus d'espace RAM
      BOn j'ai besoin de ton mail pour la suite..
      Je vais te donner des programmes qui vont consommer pas beaucoup d'espace RAM, et je vais t'apprendre à mieux configurer ton ORdi...
