Hello, I can't see my friends' Stories and my own Story. I don't understand why it says "unable to refresh, please try again." I've tried everything: I logged out, I uninstalled the app, I turned off my phone, but nothing works. I don't know what to do anymore. If you know how to solve this problem, please reply to me, or if this has happened to you before, please respond as well. Thank you.

I have the same problem as you, I can't see my story or anyone else's! I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Still the same issue: I can't view stories. On top of that, I can't save my snaps, it supposedly says I have no space in my gallery and I can't open my gallery anymore.

Make a backup of your device and reset it ;)
