Outlook account locked for 30 days

Hello,

I don't remember my Hotmail (Outlook) password to read my daily emails (the password was saved by default, that's why I forgot it, with automatic login ...), so I am going through the classic password recovery procedure.

It turns out that I chose the "Two-step verification" option for password recovery.

1st step: I receive a code via SMS on my phone, everything is fine.

2nd step: an email was sent to a "backup email address" ... except that the problem is, that address no longer exists!

So now Microsoft informs me that I will only be able to recover access to my email inbox in ... 30 DAYS.

This is inconceivable given that I receive a lot of professional and private emails, etc ...

I sent an email to support, but they are not responding (maximum response time announced: 24 hours, it’s been 2 days now ...).

What is the solution to recover access to my email inbox as quickly as possible, it’s extremely urgent!

Thank you in advance for your valuable help ...

Jérémy

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no miracle solution... We won't be able to do anything for you since hacking is banned from CCM.

We do not help to bypass this kind of security/blocking (nor even passwords, by the way).

I invite you to read this:

I understand your response.

But this 30-day delay is really exaggerated, and I imagine that not everyone in my situation had to wait this long?

Can Microsoft support help me?
Is there a procedure to expedite the password recovery?

I imagine that all the people in my situation must not have had to wait this long?

I think they have... It's managed by a robot, so it's hard to tell it "come on, please, not 30 but 5" if you see what I mean.

Can Microsoft support help me?

Only they will be able to help you, we can't do anything for you here!

Is there a process to speed up password recovery?

You'll have to check directly with Microsoft!
