Missing plugin for video playback

Hello,
I tried to watch some short arthouse films on a website
The site is http://www.tna-tv.org/
My problem is that every time I want to watch a video, it says "A plugin is required to display this content"
I have updated my Flash and Java plugins but nothing works!

Which plugin is needed to watch videos on this site?

Good evening, it might be the Flash Player plugin.

Can you see the videos? I already reinstalled it and it doesn't work.

I just tested it and it shows that it's using an obsolete plugin, QuickTime player... maybe I need to install QuickTime Player?
