Where did you download the file vorbisfile.dll?
And where did you copy it?
I recommend downloading vorbisfile from http://www.telecharger-dll.fr/dll-vorbisfile.dll.html and copying it to both the
C:\Windows\System32
and the
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
