Explorer.EXE system call failure

Hello,

I'm presenting my problem hoping that someone will know how to solve it.
I'm on Windows 8.1.
Earlier, my screen froze, and I can't click on any icons. I can access all open pages from the taskbar, except Windows Explorer, which shows me "explorer.EXE system call failure." Twice, in fact.
When I try to restart it via run=>"explorer.exe," I get the same message and shell:::{52205fd8-5dfb-447d-801a-d0b52f2e83e1}.
After several searches on the internet, I saw that I needed to restore the system, which I can't do because, similarly, the control panels are blocked ::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}.

That's all the information I have.

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 38.0

I meant to say my desk, not my screen.

I believe it's since a CCleaner error correction that I'm having the problem.

I restarted the Windows Explorer (process) in the task manager and that fixed everything. No idea what the problem was.
