Installing windows 8 or 8.1 on android

Hello
I just bought a CONDOR TRA-901G tablet in Algeria
so I want to install Windows 8 or 8.1 on my tablet
I tried Change My Software 8 edition
but I can't download it because it shows me 3 mirrors
please help me as soon as possible.
Name: CONDOR TRA-901G OR RAMOS I9
ANDROID VERSION: 4.2.2
Processor: Intel Atom inside 2.00 GHz
RAM: 2GB
Disk memory: 16GB and 11.8 usable

Hello,

By going through change my software, you will have to fill out a survey (basically pay). I also wanted to do this, but after digging through a lot of forums, I heard that it wasn't really possible. The tutorials you see on YouTube are most often about emulators rather than a real OS installed on your tablet.
If what you're looking for is a desktop-like interface with an explorer like Windows, etc., I recommend going with Linux using the Ubuntu OS with a tutorial here: https://www.phonandroid.com/tutoriel-installez-ubuntu-desktop-sur-votre-appareil-android.html

Don't worry, it's a quick and easy root... I did it in 5 minutes... if you dig a little, you'll find a tutorial.
